Albert Fradera Mortensen
The first time in my life I was better than my father in anything, I had an Atari Joystick in my hand. I was a boy, and I felt really happy.
I studied Economics, an MBA at IESE, then Northwestern University and finally, a summer in New York I was certified as Outside the US Peppers and Rogers Consultant.
During the rise and fall of the internet, I was the Spain’s CEO of OgilvyInteractive. I set up there the first Usability Lab an interactive agency ever had in Spain. I bought Jacob Nielsen’s books for all my Flash addicts. I forbid Pop Ups. And we became the first agency, in income, growth and profits in the country. Simplicity and Usability proved its pay off.
I also have a special passion for a customer centric approach to marketing. Loyalty Programs, Communities, Contact Plans, Customer Service, Data Bases and Response oriented communication. Fruit of this passion is 1to1 project. I am also seduced by PR, 1to1rrpp.
At this moment, you can find me writing for Organiza and lecturing for the E-Commerce and Direct Marketing Institute of Spain.
